Some people may wish to collect the ashes of their loved one from Harwood Park. Others may be unsure of what to do for the best; whether to choose a permanent memorial – or simply to return at a later date to scatter the ashes. We feel that such decisions should not be rushed. 
At Harwood Park, we are happy to retain ashes until you have had time to consider the options. There is no charge for this service.
We have a brochure, which provides details of the many different styles of memorial available at Harwood Park. These range from living memorials, such as a tree-shaded plot in our Garden of Remembrance, to a Harwood Vault suitable for the ashes of two people or a commemorative wall plaque. Please ask should you require a copy of our memorial brochure.
You may simply wish to return to scatter the ashes in one of our woodland areas.
